How is a FlyTravio package different from booking it all myself?
You are buying the sequencing, not just the components. Someone checks that your flight lands before the last boat, that your visa will arrive in time, and that the hotel you picked is on the right side of the island. When something breaks at 2am, you call one number instead of four suppliers.
Can I change a package after I book?
Most packages allow one free date change from FlyTravio. Airline and hotel change fees still apply where the supplier charges them, and we show you those charges in writing before anything is confirmed.
What happens if a supplier cancels?
We rebook you on the nearest equivalent at no additional cost to you, or refund the affected component in full if no equivalent exists. Your trip designer contacts you before you find out from the airline.
Do you handle visas?
We prepare and check the documentation for e-Visas, visas on arrival and Schengen applications, and we tell you honestly when a visa is unlikely to be approved in time. We are not a visa agent and do not charge a visa service fee.
How does the FlyTravio wallet work?
Top it up from any payment method, apply it against any booking, and receive refunds back into it instantly rather than waiting on a bank cycle. Wallet balance never expires and can be withdrawn to the source account on request.
Do you work with travel agents?
Yes. The FlyTravio agent portal gives agencies negotiated markups, credit lines, sub-agent management and commission statements. Registration takes about ten minutes and approval usually takes one business day.
